All items are shipped from Co. Kerry, Ireland. Local Collection available also.

Allow up to 5-10 business days for design & production before your order can ship. All orders ship via An Post.

Estimated shipping times:
Ireland Standard Shipping: 1 - 3 business days.
UK Standard Shipping: 4 - 6 business days.
Europe Standard shipping - 5 - 7 business days.
International Standard shipping - up to 10 business days.

STANDARD SHIPPING DOES NOT COME WITH TRACKING.

- All Order will be shipped within the 10 business days production timeframe, it is the customers responsibility to place an order on time and consider timeframe. If an order is needed in a rush please message me and I will be happy to advise if there will be an enough time.

I do advise placing an order 4 weeks before your event.

- “Estimated delivery" dates are just that; if you're on a tight timeline and are unsure please message me.
- If an order is needed in a rush please message me prior to ordering and let me know your 'need by' date. I will be happy to advise if there will be an enough time.
- If I ship the order out within the timeframe stated and the order arrives after the date needed that is the customers responsibility to order in enough time and consider production/delivery times.
- We are not responsible for late or lost shipping and cannot offer refunds in these instances (this is completely out of our control).

As soon as you realised this please get in touch via INSTAGRAM @harlow.loves. If your order has NOT yet been dispatched we will update the address for you.

If your order has already been dispatched there is no way for us to intercept the package to update the address. This is out of control and we cannot assume responsibility.

The return address is on the shipping label. If a package is returned to us, we will get in touch with you straight away.

PERSONALISED ITEMS:
As all items are custom made to order, we don't offer exchange or refund. Please check all details are correct prior to ordering avoid disappointment.

Information is provided on sizing, fit etc in FAQ's as well as each items pictures and description. We are happy to help with any questions to ensure you choose the correct time.

If I have made an error with your order I am more than happy to rectify my mistake. Please get in touch as soon as you receive your order so I can help.

All of our shirts are unisex fit. We would generally say they run true to men's sizes. Ladies may want to size down for a more snug fit.

Not sure which size to go for? We suggest grabbing your favourite T-shirt and measure it across while flat, just below the armpit. See sizing chart in listing photos to see which is closest.

ORNAMENTS: COLOUR & PRINT!

PLEASE NOTE: Due to the handmade nature of our ceramic ornaments and the sublimation printing, the color will not be as vivid when printed. Ceramic Ornaments are a specific product and do have a tendency to have a little halo effect and can have some blurring to them because they are never completely flat.
